The Festival of Nomads will celebrate its 21st edition on April 3, 4, and 5, 2026!
With two decades of experience behind us, we are ready to go even further.
An exceptional event combining traditional nomadic activities, inspiring conferences, live music, and moments of conviviality and sharing with enthusiasts from all over the world.
A unique opportunity to experience an atmosphere where freedom and fraternity meet, while fostering solidarity and intercultural understanding.
True to its pioneering spirit, the Festival has, since its creation in 2004, built a bridge between ancestral heritage and contemporary challenges, offering a unique platform of expression for artists, artisans, thinkers, and nomadic communities from across the globe.

Et pour ceux qui souhaiteraient faire un trek au désert, voici l’équipement conseillé:
Vêtements couvrants mais légers pour le jour,
Polaire ou pull, chaussettes chaudes pour les soirées,
Sandales solides ou chaussures légères pour la marche,
Chèche « turban » à acheter sur place
Lampe à main ou frontale, Lunettes du soleil
Mini-pharmacie, Lingettes, gel pour les mains,
Crème solaire, Stick à lèvres (solaire ou pas)
Papier toilette et briquet (pour le brûler)
Bidons d’eau (5l) à acheter sur place
Quelques petits sacs poubelle
Petit sac à dos pour vos petits objets personnels
Sac de couchage, ou «sac à viande»
Appareil photos! (avec housse ou sac plastique pour le protéger du sable)

And for those who wish to go on a desert trek, here is the recommended equipment:
Light but covering clothing for daytime
Fleece or sweater, warm socks for the evenings
Sturdy sandals or light walking shoes
Chèche (traditional desert turban) – can be purchased locally
Hand torch or headlamp, sunglasses
Small first-aid kit, wet wipes, hand sanitizer
Sunscreen, lip balm (with or without SPF)
Toilet paper and a lighter (to burn it)
Water containers (5L) – can be purchased locally
A few small trash bags
Small backpack for personal belongings
Sleeping bag, or “liner bag”
Camera! (with a protective case or plastic bag against sand)
